Re: Proposed Changes to the PHA Supps
Hopefully if Zoom is used tomorrow, it's still live at Canal street for those of us that are more local and will make. Zoom is not very conducive to discussion when only one person can talk and as soon a someone else butts in, nothing much is heard clearly.

Is the pit area the same as it has always been? Any expansion of the pits? Thanks.

Hoosier A7 tire question
From a Grassroots article below. Are Hosier A7s made the same way with a tread base rubber? Thanks. GRM: Why doesn’t a worn tire equal a race slick? Maxxis: A worn street tire probably has thousands of heat cycles by the time it is worn down to a slick. Therefore, the compound probably doesn’t have ...

Re: Best places to stay?
There usually aren't any sponsored hotels (Giants does have one with a discount rate.) I'm sure if you post close to the date of the hill you want to attend we can make suggestions. BTW, I'm the only one running in the Rally Forced induction class (unless my son also runs my car). I'm in it for the ...

Question concerning Hoosier racing tires on the street
What is any ones experience or thoughts concerning driving short distances on Hooiser tires on the street. Such as the parade at Weatherly or from my house to Pagoda/Duryea which is about 4 miles. This is on a perfectly legal street car. I know the tires are not legal to be driving on the street. I'...

Great road for a hillclimb?
In Lehighton, PA. Mahoning Mountain road, west of Lehighton, south of route 443. Maybe one mile long? Went down it yesterday and realized how great the road was. Only one house that I saw on it and looks like the guy might be a motorhead. Big enclosed trailer and big garage on the property.

I, for one, would pay more for my entry to run Shenandoah once a year in place of Jefferson, Loved the course. Great for time trials IMHO.

How many entries are there usually and whats the maximum number of entries? I'd like to run it but it's one week after the STPR rally in Wellsboro and who knows what shape the car will be in afterwards. So I'd be a late entry. And I can't find any results on the PHA web site.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Rally class vehicle compliance and tech inspection
After thinking about it, I'll concede on my #6 never happening (but it's what happens at all rallies). But I replace it with the fact that the restrictor must be checked and in compliance with the rules at tech inspection. I know for a fact that the cars that came down from New England several years...

Re: Rally class vehicle compliance and tech inspection
NA has displacement limits including modifiers for number of valves (and I don't know what else without digging into the rule book) plus minimum weights (which all classes have). As I mentioned, I think post race could/should be for the winner for all classes (really becomes a headache, I understand...

Re: Rally class vehicle compliance and tech inspection
Okay, sports fans. I've been mulling this over for several weeks and here is my recommendation. Give it your thoughts. Shoot it down. Make suggestions, etc. PHA Rally class supplemental rules 1) 2 classes, Forced induction and Naturally aspirated, regardless of the number of driven wheels. 2) Vehicl...
